The holy grail of pyrazines, but not for the reason you'd expect. 
 
2-methoxy pyrazine is, as one early tester raved, "sooo friendly!😱😍"
 
Pyrazines rarely smell nice on their own - they are typically extrmely intense, extremely specific and have a tendency to take over. They are not advised if you are just starting out, unless you're happy to ruin  few blends getting the dosage right along the way.
 
The acceptable dosage window with 2-Methoxy Pyrazine is much wider - small traces can settle in nicely, while "overdoses" that might ruin other blends somehow smell fine with this molecule. 
 
Easy Pyr...easy
 
Smell-wise (how could I forget?) 2-methoxy Pyr smells sweet, gourmand, cocoa  - and is indeed found in cocoa in nature.
