Astral powders; cosmic cleanness
Celestolide smells thinner than Galaxolide, its fine crystals offering a lovely muskiness in all sorts of proportions. 
 
A bit like musk ketone, it's not very soluble at eg. 10% in ethanol, but it's a good material to force yourself to use and understand powdered materials in perfumery (beginner perfumers sometimes tell me that they don't buy any powdered materials because the idea is a bit daunting and they'd have to dilute them. I reply that this is like learning to be a chef and only buying pre-diced vegetables rather than working on one's knife skills)
