Update: from January 2025 we're switching to the most amazing rosemary absolute rather than re-stocking the CO2 Extract. Why? Well, the CO2 was great, and impressed many of you with its true-to-the-herb aroma (rather than rosemary EOs, which typically just smell of Eucalyptol) - the only drawback was its solubility; so chocked full of plant waxes that even filtration was a challenge. 
 
This new absolute has been selected to match (and even exceed) the beauty of that CO2 extract, and even a 20% solution in Ethanol is a deep but nevertheless unturbid greenish brown.
